Faculty Practices The faculty practices of the College of Nursing have been established to provide faculty with opportunities to implement innovative models of nursing care and create unique environments for teaching and learning, research and completion of special projects. The practices are diverse and are an important component of our overall college programs. The College of Nursing is committed to providing leadership and participating in interdisciplinary health care. All of our faculty practice service involve other health care providers within the total scope of care. The individuals and populations we care for are diverse and represent a cross section of cultures and socioeconomic groups All faculty providers are credentialed and are listed as providers on the insurance contracts maintained by the Health Sciences Center.
