Debra Penney, CNM, MPH, PhD

Title:  Associate Professor

Debra Penney is Associate Clinical Professor and teaches in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program and in the undergraduate program. She teaches courses in Population Health in the DNP and Masters Programs and Global Public Health in the undergraduate program. She has an extensive background in Maternal-child health from living in the Middle East for a decade where she taught primary health care workers and midwives. She has presented nationally and locally on topics related to cultural responsiveness, refugees and women's health.
