Geriatric Nurse Leader Program (GNL) Specialty Track

  • Designed to improve geriatric nursing care,
  • Incorporate the principles of cultural competence in the care of elders,
  • Focus on leadership skills and competencies,
  • Include principles of supervising culturally diverse workers,
  • Enhance geriatric clinical content in courses, and
  • Emphasize the care of older adults in all settings.

Completion of the Geriatric Nursing Leadership track is indicated on your transcript.
