MS in Care Management
Health care’s increasing complexity mandates that nurses be highly skilled and capable of caring for clients with multiple chronic conditions as well as navigating multiple systems of care. Care management professionals smooth the gap in a complex health care system.
Care managers help clients and caregivers better manage wellness and illness across the lifespan. They specialize in assessing population groups for best practices that optimize healthy outcomes.
As a masters student in the Care Management track, you will:
- Engage in advanced patient/provider interpersonal training
- Be able to follow a full-time or part-time program of study, completing the track in as few as five semesters
- Participate in online courses
- Have the option to add an emphasis in Care Management Gerontology
