The College of Nursing welcomes and values all students, faculty, and staff. Office of Outreach, Collaboration, and Organizational Enrichment
To assist in cultivating an intentionally welcoming campus environment with opportunities to learn and work in a dynamic learning environment, CON established the Office of Outreach, Collaboration, and Organizational Enrichment. This serves as a resource for people in the CON community to address areas of success and issues of concern related to member wellbeing.
Valuing Impact, Belonging, Engagement, and Success Committee + Task Forces
It evaluates yearly outreach statistics and experiences of in developing and implementing evidence-driven strategies designed to promote a welcoming and supportive environment for all. They incorporate AACN essentials for professional nursing education. The committee’s goal is to develop syllabi that include anti-bias and social justice content in all courses and all programs of study.
