Make a Pledge
A pledge is an agreement to pay over a period of time with scheduled payments or transfers from a bank account or credit card. Please complete the pledge agreement form below and mail to:

Establish Payroll Deductions
University of Utah employees can participate in giving to the college through payroll deductions. These post-tax deductions will be made each pay period for the number of months specified. Fill out the payroll deduction form below and mail to 332 South 1400 East, Suite 150 or email to ugive@utah.edu.
Deferred or Planned Gifts
The College of Nursing welcomes your deferred or planned gifts. These gifts may take the form of bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, property, pooled income funds, charitable lead trusts, retirement plans, life insurance policies, and more.

Memorial or Honor Gifts
