The Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner graduate is prepared to:

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based health care to children from birth through young adulthood across clinical and community settings, designing and evaluating individualized care plans that support children and their families.
  • Demonstrate leadership to drive positive change for pediatric populations at local, regional, and national levels through advocacy, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly contributions.
  • Engage in professional collaboration and advancement by participating in interdisciplinary organizations and contributing to the growth of the pediatric nursing profession.
