Overview

Nurse leaders have specialized knowledge and skills to lead health systems, policy, and practice change. Our MS in Nursing Leadership focuses on helping you gain leadership skills to impact and lead nursing practice, influence health policy, think and act strategically, and guide health system change to address 21st-century health issues.

As a master's student in the Nursing Leadership track, you will experience:

Program Information

The Nurse Leadership program offers 100% online program of study with full - and part-time options. The faculty have real-world experience in nursing leadership, health policy, system change, and evidence-based practice.

Curriculum

The Nurse Leader curriculum is built on competencies developed by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders and the American Association of College of Nursing. These competencies and our curriculum provide the framework for the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with effective nursing leadership in today's complex health systems.
