Outreach, Collaboration, and Organizational Enrichment

Our Commitment to Belonging, Student Success, and Member Success

The College of Nursing welcomes and values unique life experiences and perspectives. We deeply care about every member of our campus community and value the contributions each makes to strengthen our institution and foster student success. Our approach is personalized, addressing individual needs to ensure everyone thrives. The College is dedicated to being a place where all students, faculty, and staff can flourish.

Our Initiatives

We are developing a nursing workforce able to provide high-quality, culturally appropriate, and congruent health care in partnership with individuals, families, communities, and populations.

“My work entails fostering belonging and creating an atmosphere where faculty, staff, and students can thrive and feel welcome. We are reaching out to the community to educate future generations of nurses who reflect the communities they come from because that is where our patients come from."
