Office of Outreach, Collaboration, and Organizational Enrichment

To assist in cultivating an intentionally welcoming campus environment with opportunities to learn and work in a dynamic learning environment, CON established the Office of Outreach, Collaboration, and Organizational Enrichment. This serves as a resource for people in the CON community to address areas of success and issues of concern related to member wellbeing.

Valuing Impact, Belonging, Engagement, and Success Committee

VIBES (Valuing Impact, Belonging, Engagement & Success) is the College of Nursing’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and connected community where every student, faculty, and staff member feels valued and empowered. The committee leads initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, engagement, and outreach while supporting recruitment and retention of a diverse community. Through education, mentorship, and culturally responsive practices, VIBES helps ensure everyone can thrive and experience a true sense of belonging.
