Improving the Student Experience

A workforce fosters a healthy work environment and access to care is improved when patients’ and caregivers’ unique cultural, communication, and social needs are represented. 
 
The college has focused efforts on the recruitment, support, and retention of students. We are working to create an environment where all members of the student community feel supported and valued. Our goal is to improve student graduation rates across all programs by identifying their needs and providing better support.
